The Bella Hotel comfort, cleanliness and location was wonderful! More importantly, however the Bella Brunch was unbelievable and I would recommend this hotel and brunch to anyone. Be sure to book the Brunch in advance because it books up quick!

Superb hotel. Enjoyed it very much! Terrific designed hotel inside and outside. Nice reception, nice room, lovely bed, nice bathroom, nice views, beautiful bar on the 23rd floor! Really loved it!! Would suggest it to any one, lovely stay here!

We enjoyed the ultra modern Danish design. The hotel is new and we found everything in excellent working order. We appreciated the in-room tea/coffee making and found room service to be good. The hotel isn't close to anything but it is just a short walk to Bella Center metro station and a bus stop is also right outside, so we found it very easy and convenient. Our son loved the huge Lego model of the hotel in the Tower 2 foyer.
There is no concierge so if you want to ask for directions, order a taxi or collect your luggage, you have to line up at reception with other guests trying to check in or out, which meant long waits here a few times. Breakfast should be much better than it is - the choice isn't huge which is itself not a problem but the quality of the cooking was only adequate.

Every thing, from architecture first sight to the last view on chech out. Apreciated the staff eficiency and friendliness. All facilities are five stars. The Hotel is a nice surprise in every way

The view from our room and the bar on the 23rd floor. The classical piano in the lounge...we are music educators. It is a unique design experience. Not to be confused with "old Copenhagen." Good for large conventions. We booked the hotel because it was the only one available to visit cousins. The hotels in the city were sold out.
Concerns: 1. The shopping mall next to the hotel was not open at convienent times when scheduling to visit family. If it would have been open Sunday we would have bought lots of gifts to take home to the US. We even brought an extra, fold up-empty duffle-bag-suitcase for this purpose. 2. There is no fan in the bathroom, and the room gets very foggy when taking a shower. So we left the bathroom door open. This fogged up the windows in the room as well as the bathroom mirror. 3. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. 4. The shower water splashes outside of the shower area, keeping the floor wet and slippery. 5. We would recommend Bella Sky for large contained-conventions only. As the city builds out to meet the Bella, in about 25 years, it will attract more family travelers. This is a business hotel.
